Why this website was seized

On 23 October 2026 the State of San Andreas declared the Government of Coral Island a hostile power, and the President of the United States designated it a hostile foreign government under Presidential Determination No. 2026-14. The property of that government and of its named officials in the United States is blocked.

Rigged Gaming Ltd is controlled by Lucy Alvarez, who is named in that order and is wanted on federal and State warrants. Its website, servers and funds have been taken into the control of the State while proceedings continue.

  • The Executive Order blocking the property of the Government of Coral Island, made under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 50 U.S.C. § 1701 and following.
  • Civil forfeiture of property derived from or used in offences, 18 U.S.C. § 981.
  • Forfeiture of the proceeds of criminal profiteering, San Andreas Penal Code §§ 186.2 to 186.8.
  • The Governor's statement of 23 October 2026 freezing the assets of the Government of Coral Island in San Andreas.
